Working Principle

Working Principle and Structure:

The main body of this machine is an electrically controlled electromagnet. The electromagnet passes the vibrations of 3000 times (50H) or 6000 times (100H) per minute to the sorting screen. The amplitude can be changed from 0 to 3 by controller, and the screening time can be adjusted by timer.

“S”: The fine vibration shakes at a fixed low amplitude and frequency of 6000 times per minute. It can be used for the analysis of fine screen.

“连续”: The controller can vibrate at a desired frequency of 3000 times per minute for easy screening of materials.
