The tumbler screener is a new generation of high-tech screening equipment, which is completely different from the previous vibratory screening machine. It has an excellent screening ability and screening accuracy, especially suitable for high fine screening field. Working Principle

The tumbler screener utilizes the humanoid screening principle. To imitate the movement of artificial screening action and do three-dimensional circular motion, skillfully combine the sieving (planar circular motion) and winnowing (upward parabolic motion), establish horizontal and throwing three-dimensional tumbling movement, make the material in the screen surface appear involute spiral movement. The material takes a relatively long distance across the relative area, and the landing screen time of the material is more than 85%, improving the screen through rate. The screening accuracy is as high as 90%~99%, increasing the yield.

According to the physical properties of the material and the different screening requirements of customers, we can adjust the independent and adjustable rotate speed, eccentricity, radial force, tangential force, so as to change the material stay time on the screen surface and the moving route to achieve the best screening effect.

Special Screening Structure:

  1. Avalanche Screening

There are two layers of the same mesh screens. The material enters the first layer screen mesh for screening.

Materials those are no time to screen go into the middle position of the lower screen by the surrounding channel, so that the sieving material can travel longer on the screen surface, and the sieving precision is higher.

  1. Pre-screening + Avalanche Screening

On the top of the avalanche screen mesh, one or two layers of coarse mesh can be placed to pre-separate the larger particles and fine screening is carried out by the avalanche structure.

  1. Double the amount of Screening

Through a special material tube, the material is assigned to two screens with the same mesh, and graded into two levels of particles to meet the larger yield of screening requirements.

  1. Splicing Screen

Larger sieving machine is to divide the screen into several small parts to facilitate the installation and replacement of the screen mesh.

Anti-clogging Cleaning Method:

The anti-clogging technology is advanced and diverse. Different cleaning methods make the sieve holes not blocked, ensuring the continuity of screening.

“Bounce Ball + Scraping Ring” Cleaning Screen Surface

A orifice plate is placed under the screen.

The silicone ball and PU ring are placed between the orifice plate and the screen, which can be used to bounce and support the screen surface, bringing up material that is plugged into the mesh. 

Brush Cleaning Device

The reducer drives the roller brush to rotate under the screen to bring up the material that is plugged into the mesh.

Compressed Air Cleaning Device (Jet Airflow Cleaning Screen Surface)

Through the air chamber in the center of the screening machine, the compressed air or other gas is directed to the jet rotary arm under the screen. Airflow speed is up to 120m/s. And it blows material from bottom to top to bring up the material that is plugged into the mesh. It is suitable for difficult screening materials with adsorption and static electricity.

Elastic Scraper Cleaning Screen Surface

The reducer drives the elastic scraper to rotate on the screen, which damages the agglomerated powder (large particles) or fake particles, so that the material is screened.

Ultrasonic Technology Cleaning Screen Surface

A high frequency ultrasonic vibration is superimposed on the screen to effectively clean the screen.
