The vertical vibrating motor is widely used in the equipment such as vibration polishing machine, vibration crusher, rotary vibration cleaning machine, vibration drying machine vibration and vibration mixer, especially widely used in rotary vibration sieve (circular vibration sieve) to improve the sieving efficiency and accuracy, and complete the cleaning of special parts surface quality efficiently, improving the crushing or mixing effect.

Working Principle

The vertical vibrating motor is composed of special motor and eccentric block. Eccentric block can be configured differently according to the operation requirement of the vibration equipment, semicircle or rectangle, achieving the vibration effect the user needs.

The vertical vibrating motor rotates after being electrified , driving the eccentric block at both ends of the motor shaft to generate the inertial excitation force, which is passed to the vibrating motor through the motor flange.

The AVL series vertical vibrating motor is divided into two, four, six and eight classes these four specifications, the shake frequency of which are 2870, 1460, 980 and 740RPM respectively.
