Working Principle

  The ultrasonic test sieve shaker consists of an ultrasonic generator, a transducer, a resonance ring and test sieves. The high-frequency electrical signal generated by the ultrasonic generator is converted into high-frequency mechanical vibration by the transducer, and the high-frequency vibration is uniformly transmitted to the entire screen surface.

  Ultrasonic test sieve shaker can be used alone or together with other inspection equipment. While the material is doing low-frequency vibration on the screen surface, a high-frequency ultrasonic vibration is superimposed, which solves the problem of material blocking the screen, and can also improve the screening accuracy and efficiency.
